Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Dahlgren, VA seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst IAM I (Basic) to support RMF, eMASS, vulnerability management and continuous monitoring for the MDA ITCM contract. The role focuses on risk identification and mitigation while delivering high-quality cybersecurity products and support.

You will work with government and contractor teams, perform quality control reviews, develop executive briefings, manage POA&Ms, and operate in eMASS to document controls and authorization status.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in an applicable field.
• Four years of DoD cybersecurity experience.
• Active DoD IAM Level I certification.
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to develop project schedules, establish milestone targets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and presentations tailored for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to track progress, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Operate within the eMASS environment to document security controls and maintain continuous monitoring.
• Advise the customer on improvements to policies and procedures.
• Perform quality control reviews of Prime contractor tasks and artifacts.
