Equifax is seeking a senior IAM leader to own the PingFederate Tier 0 environment and drive zero-downtime identity patterns. You will lead a high-performing squad, architect secure identity workflows, and guide real-time incident response with AI-enabled self-healing capabilities.

You will advocate IaC, automate deployments with Terraform/Ansible/Jenkins, and advance OAuth/OIDC policy management across enterprise apps.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in PingFederate in a high-availability, clustered environment.
• Designed and deployed agentic AI workflows that monitor system health to preempt outages.
• Experience in "Zero-Downtime" upgrades and mission-critical authentication traffic management.
• Proficiency automating PingFederate deployments with Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins.
• Treat identity configurations as code to ensure consistency across dev, staging, and production environments.

Mansioni

• Perform as the technical lead for a squad of 10+ identity engineers.
• Own the SSO Roadmap for Tier 0 PingFederate environment.
• Act as Incident Commander during outages and lead post-mortems.
• Deploy AI workflows to monitor infrastructure health and enable self-healing.
• Enforce IaC standards using Terraform and GitOps.
