You will design, implement, and optimize IAM systems, ensuring security, availability, and operational efficiency while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will lead planning, execution, and automation efforts, drive best practices, and collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to deliver scalable IAM

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IAM, security, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Okta and identity management standards.
• Proficient in SQL and database systems.
• Hands-on experience with IAM workflows, access management, and security protocols.
• Solid knowledge of Information Security, SDLC, and system architecture principles.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
• Proven capability to manage complex initiatives and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services.
• Lead architectural design for new and enhanced IAM solutions.
• Support design, development, testing, and deployment of IAM projects.
• Recommend process improvements and automation to increase productivity.
• Ensure system availability and adherence to best practices.
• Serve as a multidisciplinary expert in IAM, providing guidance across teams.
