Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking an IAM Architect in Atlanta, GA for a hybrid 3-days-onsite engagement. The role demands hands-on implementation across PAM and IGA platforms, including deployment, connector development, and role-based governance.

You will lead target-state identity designs in post-merger or multi-entity settings and work closely with AD/Entra Connect. 8+ years of experience required for a W2 contract.

Qualifications

• Hands-on identity architecture across systems (access management, PAM, IGA) with implementation work.
• Direct experience with IGA and PAM platforms; not just evaluation.
• Experience with AD consolidation, forest/trust config and hybrid sync.
• Proven ability to lead platform migrations and target-state design in multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement target-state identity architectures post-merger or multi-entity.
• Perform connector development and provisioning/deprovisioning logic.
• Configure and administer PAM and IGA tools, including credential vaulting and session management.
• Work closely with AD and Entra Connect in hybrid environments to resolve consolidation challenges.
