Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an operations/support environment.
• Troubleshoot access, account, and system issues.
• Experience with AD/Exchange/Outlook provisioning.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day provisioning: onboarding, offboarding, access requests, queue management.
• Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure uninterrupted IAM services.
• Review runbooks and knowledge bases; establish best practices.
• Understand IAM concepts and assist with policy/process issues.
• Serve as central point of contact for information security on IAM issues.
• Participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
