ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties at Dulles International Airport. This part-time, non-exempt position pays $17.38 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, and assisting with setup for events while following safety procedures and company protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events.

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part inmaintainingthe overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Pay: $17.38/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Pay Sequence: Weekly

Location: Dulles International Airport

Job Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: OVENIGHT SHIFT.
