Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities at the station to reduce injuries and equipment damage.
• Effectively manages staff time to reduce overtime.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain and update company and customer manuals and documentation.
• Implement and monitor the local emergency plan.
• Develop and maintain relations with customers and airport authorities.
• Find solutions to conflicts and irregularities.
• Attend and contribute to internal meetings.
• Comply with SOPs and policies.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

As a Cargo Duty Manager, you will beresponsiblefor the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of cargo operations while ensuring customer service standards and contractual services are met.
The expected pay rate is $60,000/year. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

• Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damage
• Effectively manages staff time to reduce dependence on overtime
• Ensures applicable safety and quality standards are met
• Maintains as well as updates company’s and customer manuals and documentation
• Implements and monitors the local emergency plan
• Develops and maintains good relations with customers and airport authorities
• Find solutions to conflicts and irregularities
• Attends and contributes to internal meetings
• Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies
• Perform related duties as assigned
