i9 Sports is seeking a reliable and energetic Referee to join the Downriver Area team. You will provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for league participants, manage rosters, and enforce rules with professional game management.

Responsibilities include welcoming teams, reviewing rosters and schedules, maintaining the field, and ensuring safety guidelines. The role demands clear communication and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior refereeing experience preferred but not required.
• Must stay calm under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Excellent communication with players, spectators, coaches and parents.
• Able to follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Positive and encouraging attitude.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
