Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Staff I4.0 Analyst in Boise, ID to support FE-SMAI Quality initiatives and drive smart-manufacturing solutions across global teams. The role focuses on applying AI/automation to improve manufacturing and product development processes.

You will collaborate with business users, define solutions, and lead projects with a view to improving efficiency and quality across Micron’s fab operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3+ years’ experience in Quality management or Process Equipment Engineering.
• Strong domain knowledge of fab processes and understanding of quality systems.
• Excellent in communication, teamwork, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support FE-SMAI Quality pillar initiatives from idea to prototyping and concept delivery.
• Coordinate SMAI tactical support on current Quality issues at FE sites.
• Lead projects and manage resources from global teams; provide guidance on system capabilities.
