Job summary

Proctor Subaru is seeking an IT maintenance technician to manage dealership PC equipment and coordinate with outside vendors for IT issues across stores. The role involves updating antivirus, applying upgrades, backups, and maintaining logs.

SUMMARY

Perform IT maintenance on computer equipment at direction of Controller. Coordinates with outside vendors to troubleshoot computer equipment issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Updates dealership PC's for current antivirus protection.

Updates dealership PC's for any upgrades.

Assist with PC backups.

Change out PC's as needed.

Maintain dealerships wifi.

Reports to each store on weekly schedule.

Responds to IT issues at stores as needed.

Maintains dealership PC equipment log by store.

Maintains daily time log.

Care of dealership owned equipment and company vehicles.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver's License and a clean DMV Report.
