Job Description

We are seeking a IT Manager to Lead a technical support efforts as well as be a hands on technical person for hotel staff and guests. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel systems and responding to issues. The ideal individual can work independently and be a team leader. This role does require working select evenings and weekeds.

Qualifications
  • Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
  • Basic VMware
  • Windows Server 2016/2019
  • Computer repair and assembly.
  • Understanding of networking.
  • Understanding of Wireless Networking
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.
  • Experience with ticketing system.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs or more.
  • Experience with Office365 & SharePoint preferred.
  • Experience with Hospitality software such as Opera, Vingcard, Micros Simphony.
  • 4 years technical experience.
  • 2 years in a supervisor role.
Additional Information

This role will be scheduled during several evenings and weekends.

Must be on-call after hours.
