Job summary

The I/E Planner role at Airswift is based at a terminal facility in Sabine Pass, TX, supporting project and turnaround planning with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and schedule discipline.

You will collaborate with maintenance, construction, engineering and operations teams to develop detailed work plans, weekly look‑aheads, and KPI analyses that drive on‑time delivery and backlog control in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in oil and gas or petrochemical facilities.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and execution processes knowledge.
• Instrumentation and electrical planning background relevant to I/E Planner.
• Experience with project planning software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan project and turnaround activities with detailed work plans and schedules.
• Create job packs with information to support efficient execution.
• Coordinate work orders with project, construction, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Develop look-ahead schedules (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Support backlog maintenance, prioritisation, and cost-aware planning.
• Manage work dispatch coordination and manpower availability with site supervision.
• Ensure complete documentation and high-quality planning records.
• Identify material requirements and liaise with vendors or supply chains.
• Assist with KPI development and schedule compliance reporting.
