Arkema is seeking an I&E Technician to work in a chemical manufacturing facility in Alabama, reporting to the Shift Leader. The role involves collaboration with IEC craft workers, production engineering, and scheduling groups to execute maintenance tasks and instrumentation work.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, industrial electrical/instrument/control/HVAC certification, OSHA CPR training, and 5+ years of related experience or 2 years of college/trade school beyond high

The I &E Technician, reporting to the Shift Leader, will interact with all other trade, production engineering and scheduling groups to accomplish job duties. The Technician will comply with all HSEQ policies, regulations, and requirements as well as the Arkema rules/policies/procedures. The incumbent understands and executes Emergency Response procedures to mitigate unplanned events in the process and reports all near misses, accidents or incidents to the supervisor.
