Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC is seeking an I&E Foreman to join its IT team in Pennsylvania. Install, maintain, and repair industrial control systems and power distribution, including VFDs and motor control devices, to support production across Appalachia.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial automation, knowledge of Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs, and strong problem solving. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens) and SCADA/HMI preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial control systems and power distribution.
• Maintain water and wastewater instrumentation and automation equipment.
• Support SCADA, HMI software, PLCs, and associated networks.
• Collaborate with electrical contractors and internal teams.
• Maintain equipment files, logs, manuals, and blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with EHSQ policies and participate in programs.
