Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an I&C Technician for a Fall Outage 2026. Training will be conducted in July 2026 with work assignments at multiple nuclear sites.

This contract role involves performing instrumentation testing with digital multimeters and oscilloscopes, interpreting drawings, and operating test equipment. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of similar work, and field cable installation experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2+ years of similar work experience.
• Field cable installation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation testing using digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and customer supplier equipment/simulators.
• Interpret drawings and implement test procedures.
• Operate electronic and electrical test equipment.
• Read and follow drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assemble/testing electronics units.
• Learn, understand, and practice the appropriate quality, health, and safety procedures applicable to each work assignment.
