We’re seeking talented Electrical Engineers and Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineers to play a key role in the design, development, and commissioning of our cutting‑edge facility. Whether your expertise lies in power systems or control systems, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team driving innovation in nuclear technology.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your background, you’ll contribute to:

🔌 Electrical Engineering Focus

• Design and specify low‑voltage power systems, panels, cable trays, and conduits
• Support equipment procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Interface with inspectors and ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and IEC standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (I&C, Process, Nuclear, Structural) to integrate electrical systems
• Lead design and implementation of control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, DAQ)
• Select and specify instrumentation for process monitoring
• Guide equipment through design, procurement, and installation phases
• Develop loop diagrams, cable routing, and interface with power distribution systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in either electrical or I&C engineering
• Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and design tools
• Experience with Allen-Bradley, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar platforms
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and take ownership of technical systems

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in nuclear facility design or NRC-regulated environments
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one in Wisconsin
• Familiarity with SCADA, PLC programming, FPGA platforms, or safety‑related systems
