Job summary

Team UIS is seeking an I&C Electrician to troubleshoot electrical control systems, sensors, PLCs, and related controls. The role involves building and upgrading control panels both in the shop and on-site in the field.

Qualified candidates will have ISA and/or EPRI certifications and be members of the IBEW or willing to join, with NECA/IBEW apprenticeship experience. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems and sensors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on troubleshooting approach and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot emergency and non-emergency electrical control problems.
• Troubleshoot sensors, controls panel components, radio and telemetry, and PLCs.

• More than 2 years troubleshooting controls
• ISA or/and EPRI certifications

• Strong aptitude for technical challenges and troubleshooting. Has a hands‑on approach when necessary.
• Aptitude for building relationships
