Powerserve Technologies seeks an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Commissioning Coordinator to support a major electrical infrastructure upgrade at two water treatment facilities in Naples, FL and Jupiter, FL. The role starts full-time in Naples and/or Jupiter for 12-24 months, with potential extension to other Florida projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating electrical or instrumentation commissioning on industrial projects.
• Experience in water or wastewater treatment facilities preferred.
• Ability to provide project references with phone numbers.
• Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, control schematics, instrument loop drawings, P&IDs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily commissioning activities between field personnel, PM, engineering, and client.
• Plan and schedule electrical and instrumentation commissioning activities.
• Coordinate startup, testing, troubleshooting, and turnover of electrical/control systems.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, testing agencies, and utility interfaces.
• Track progress, punch lists, and turnover packages.
• Maintain commissioning records and documentation.
• Provide commissioning status updates in project meetings.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
