Job summary

Owen Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with hyperscale data center experience to lead program-level execution across multiple buildings.

You will coordinate design, procurement, field operations, commissioning, and closeout with the Project Executive, client, GC, and field leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving planning, developing repeatable systems, and driving schedule discipline, cost control, and safety across a growing mission-critical

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive project management experience in large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical construction.
• Experience executing large hyperscale or mission-critical projects ($25M–$100M+), preferably within a multi-phase or program environment.
• Strong financial forecasting, buyout, margin management, cash flow, and terms knowledge.
• Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and construction management software.
• Solid understanding of mission-critical electrical systems including UPS/ESS, redundancy, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams or phases within a hyperscale data center program, ensuring alignment with schedule, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate program deliverables across estimating, procurement, VDC/BIM, engineering, field operations, commissioning, and client stakeholders.
• Implement standardized workflows, tracking tools, and reporting structures for repeatable program delivery.
• Lead day-to-day operations for assigned phases: planning, budgeting, scheduling, buyout, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Draft scopes of work, change orders, procurement packages, and communication plans protecting commercial interests.
• Maintain disciplined cost and risk control with accurate forecasting and issue mitigation.
