Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data center operations or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with optical testing tools and break-fix support.
• Strong knowledge of optical networking and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Provide break-fix support for optical and transport network equipment.
• Install, route, and test fiber and Ethernet cabling.
• Conduct site audits and maintain documentation.
