Job summary

TW Constructors is hiring an MEP Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for data centers across the country. With a focus on reliability and performance, this role is critical in delivering high-quality facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong MEP expertise. The position includes comprehensive responsibilities and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems for large‑scale construction projects.
• Direct experience delivering hyperscale or mission‑critical data centers as a general contractor strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift objects at least 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to mission-critical standards.
