Job summary

Owen Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee field execution across hyperscale data center programs in the Southeast. This program-level role drives execution strategy, workforce planning, safety, quality, and productivity across multiple work fronts, while developing future field leaders.

You will mentor superintendents, coordinate with project teams, and ensure alignment between project management and craft labor to achieve right-first-time execution.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive field leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Experience leading large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple superintendents and large field teams.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and construction logistics.
• Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and clear communication.
• Strong safety leadership background with a track record of incident prevention.
• OSHA 30 required; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents across assigned projects or phases.
• Ensure field execution aligns with approved schedules, work plans, and installation sequencing.
• Drive consistency in field practices, expectations, and standards across all crews and work fronts.
