Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer SME to lead civil engineering standards for cutting-edge hyperscale data center programs. This role offers the opportunity to work on massive projects nationwide while mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in large-scale industrial projects. The position allows for remote flexibility while requiring strong leadership and technical skills to enhance Jacobs' operational advancement in civil engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience required.
• 8+ years leading site civil design for large industrial facilities.
• Must have PE sign-off authority and maintain NCEES Record.

Responsibilities

• Lead mass grading and earthwork design for hyperscale programs.
• Design and govern stormwater management infrastructure.
• Coordinate geotechnical investigation programs.

Skills

Civil PE License

Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Deep knowledge of stormwater management design

Coordination with multi-disciplines

Strong written and verbal communication

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
