The ideal candidate will possess a Civil PE License and 15+ years of experience. This role offers a competitive salary with a range of $169,000 – $233,000, benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience, including 8 years leading site civil design.
• Strong working knowledge of stormwater management and NPDES permitting.
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and electrical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mass grading and earthwork design for hyperscale programs.
• Design stormwater management infrastructure for large campuses.
• Mentor junior civil engineers and oversee civil deliverables.
