SonSoft Inc. is a USA-based firm expanding in software development and IT services. The role focuses on post Go-Live support, sustainment planning, and coordinating onshore-offshore efforts to resolve issues in Hyperion Track for VMware customers.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 4 years in information technology, with an emphasis on process improvement and automation in legacy systems. This is a W2/Contract opportunity for eligible U.S. workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive post product Go-Live support and sustainment planning activities.
• Onshore-Offshore co-ordination.
• Proposing enhancements and new solutions.
• Provide assistance to VMware employees and customers to resolve application issues, code bugs and user errors in Hyperion Track.
• Define and reinforce standard methods and processes that eliminate errors and avoid re-work.
• Task allocation and reporting.
• Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems.
