40000 Canyons Medical Group in Ogden, Utah seeks a Hyperbaric and Wound Advanced Practice Provider for 20 hours per week. You will provide outpatient wound care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and collaborate with the inpatient wound care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Work two 10-hour shifts per week (preferably Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and provide one week of hyperbaric call coverage each month, focusing on excellent patient experience and evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Completion of a UHMS-approved 40-hour Introductory Course in Hyperbaric Medicine, or eligibility and willingness to complete the course within onboarding period.
• Commitment to enroll in the UHMS PATH within one year of hire.
• Ability to successfully progress through Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time.
