The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diagnostic testing under physician supervision. The role emphasizes patient safety, compassionate care, and meticulous documentation in EMR while adhering to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed/Certified EMT, CNA, or CMA.
• Valid Driver's License with positive driving history.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from approved agency.
• 2+ years of hands on experience in clinical environment; hyperbaric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to treat others with compassion and patience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• All employees must comply with HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate hyperbaric chambers and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform hyperbaric chamber operations and maintenance.
• Provide a patient-first environment.
• Ensure safe delivery of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to patients.
• Assist onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
• Maintain clinical documentation according to guidelines and improve performance data.
• Apply evidence-based practices and safety improvements in hyperbaric medicine.
• Act as safety advocate in the hyperbaric setting and update safety policies.
• Assist with patient transport as needed.
• Document accurately in the EMR per organizational policies.
