Restore Hyper Wellness in Billings, MT, is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative who blends client care with sales to support long-term health transformations. You’ll be the studio face, building relationships and driving sales in a health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year in customer service is required.
• 1+ year in sales is required.
• Membership-based sales in health/witness industry preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Anticipate and address operational needs and support marketing initiatives.

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Client Experience & Sales

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.

Client Relations & Operations

• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
