Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the office team to promote trust and relationships with patients.
• Explain PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to help patients maximize benefits.
• Address patient concerns and provide comfort regarding dental treatment.
• Office equipped with modern systems, equipment and supplies.
• Provide back-office support with managers, assistants, techs, and sterilization staff.
• Ensure regulatory and facility compliance.
• Maintain a steady flow of patients across payor types.
• Welcoming both experienced and new candidates.
