Job summary

DUO Dental Group in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a modern, digital general dental practice. You will provide comprehensive hygiene care and educate patients while collaborating with doctors to maintain high clinical standards.

This in-person role features a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay of $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Registered Dental Hygiene License (RDH) required.
• Strong understanding of soft tissue management and patient education.
• Proficient with digital systems; Dentrix, Open Dental, Dexis, or Carestream a plus.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and strong team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Florham Park, NJ – $50–$60/hr – Full-Time

Join the growing team at DUO Dental Group, a high-quality, state-of-the-art general dental practice located in Florham Park, NJ. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Full Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to help us deliver exceptional patient care in a welcoming and modern environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care and patient education
• Support periodontal therapy and soft tissue management programs
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate charting
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members in a fully digital, chartless practice
• Help maintain a positive, efficient, and patient-centered workflow

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay Range:$50.00 – $60.00/hour ( or based on experience)
