Job Title: Hygiene Operative

Working Hours Candidates must be available to work any 4 days out of 7, 16:00 to 00:00 (midnight).
Purpose of the RoleThe Hygiene Operative is responsible for ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and factory areas are cleaned and sanitised to the highest food safety and hygiene standards. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.

• Clean and disinfect bacon production machinery and all factory departments.
• Wash and sanitise equipment, tools, boots, and other work-related items.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the factory environment.
• Report any hygiene, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual, repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to strict procedures.

Working Conditions
