You will support hygienists, greet patients, review health histories, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records, while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA requirements in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and support patient comfort.
• Review patient health histories to provide quality care.
• Assist supported hygienists during procedures per state practice act.
• Set up rooms, stock and restock instruments and supplies.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize office workflow.
