East Cobb Family Dentistry in Marietta, GA is hiring a Hygiene Assistant to join our team. The role is full-time in a 24-hour weekly schedule (Thu–Sat) with full benefits, designed for work-life balance.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking radiographs, room setup, sterilization, assisting hygienists, and updating records. We seek a compassionate, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting or hygiene assisting experience.
• Current Dental Assistant credentials and X-ray certification as required by Georgia regulations.
• Experience with Open Dental and iTero scanners preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.

• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed.
• Set up and break down treatment rooms.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Assist hygienists with patient flow and clinical procedures.
• Chart existing conditions and update patient records.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and home care.
• Ensure operatories are fully stocked and ready for each patient.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.

East Cobb Family Dentistry is seeking a compassionate, motivated Hygiene Assistant to join our growing team! This position offers a Thursday through Saturday schedule (24 hours/week) while still being considered full-time, providing an excellent work-life balance with comprehensive benefits.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about patient care, and takes pride in supporting our hygiene team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule
