Job summary

North American Dental Group (NADG) partner office in Crossville, TN seeks a Hygiene Assistant to support the dental hygienist, prepare treatment rooms, seat patients and help maintain accurate records. You will educate patients on treatment plans, document health histories, and contribute to a team that emphasizes patient-centered care and a positive, efficient office environment.

This full-time role offers regular hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, with

Qualifications

• Dental assisting certification or state-required education.
• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Radiography/X-ray certification for state.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Commitment to exceptional service and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assist hygienist by preparing room, seating patients, and documenting visits.
• Record and review patients' health history; complete forms and signatures.

Responsibilities

Skills Required to Make a Great "Impression" on Our Team

• Provide assistance to the dental hygienist to prepare the room, seat patients, and take proper documentation of the patients visit
• Ability to record and review patients' health history, make chart entries under the direction of the Doctor or hygienist, and assures completion of all necessary forms and signatures needed
• Educate patients on their treatment plans as well as maintaining their oral health
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal skills such as establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
• Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach

Qualifications
