Job summary

Miller Pipeline is hiring a Hydrovac Truck Operator to support the repair, maintenance, construction and reconditioning of distribution pipelines. You will operate hydro-excavation to safely spot utilities and travel within the area as needed.

Required qualifications include a Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement, 1+ year of hydrovac experience, and the ability to work outdoors with integrity and accountability. A current DOT Medical Card is required or obtainable upon employment.

• Mechanical knowledge and ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely spot utilities using hydro-excavation.
• Complete pre-trip inspection of vehicle daily.
• Follow DOT regulations and weight restrictions; travel as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely spot utilities by use of hydro-excavation.
• Complete pre-trip on the vehicle at the beginning and end of each day.
• Follow DOT regulations and weight restriction laws.
• Travel within the area as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement.
• 1+ year of hydrovac experience.
• Mechanical Knowledge.
• Must be willing to work outside in the elements.
• High level of personal integrity and accountability.
• Current DOT Medical Card, or the ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Must pass computer-based testing, specific to the local customer's operator qualifications.
