Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydrovac equipment, dig precisely, and uncover utilities for construction projects. If you are detail-oriented and safety-conscious, you will contribute to essential infrastructure work.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL (Class A or B), CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 (preferred), and be willing to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL (Class A or B).
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10–18 speed) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment to dig and expose utilities.
• Support construction projects with precise excavation.
• Maintain safety and comply with PPE and company procedures.
