Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydrovac equipment, dig with high-pressure water and vacuum systems, and uncover utilities for construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within an essential infrastructure environment.

The position offers $30.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement, along with weekly pay, benefits, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment and perform hydrovac duties in various environments, including confined spaces.
• Drive hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time).
• Attend safety meetings.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs of hydrovac equipment.
• Prepare work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing hazards.
• Document and report paperwork accurately and efficiently.
