Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to expertly use high-pressure water and vacuum systems for precise digging and utility uncovering on construction projects. You will support essential infrastructure work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers union wages with starting pay around $63.97/hour and comprehensive benefits; travel up to 25% may be required, and candidates should be 21+ with CDL and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work variable shifts.
• Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds; perform physical labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment in diverse environments.
• Drive hydrovac trucks (10-15% of time).
• Attend safety meetings.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment.
• Prepare work areas with safety measures and address hazards.
• Document and report all required paperwork accurately.
