Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Florida to operate high-pressure hydrovac equipment for precise digging and utility exposure on various construction projects. You will work safety-consciously within a team, handling manual labor, and adapting to variable shifts.

Union wages apply, with benefits discussed with the Branch Manager. The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), OSHA 10 preferred, and the ability to travel up to 25% with physical stamina for demanding

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed).
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment (high-pressure water and vacuum) to excavate and expose utilities.
• Dig precisely and efficiently for multiple construction projects.

If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of essential infrastructure work.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
