Badger Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Hydrovac Operator to perform safe excavation with high-pressure water and vacuum systems, digging precisely to uncover utilities for construction projects across sites and terrains.

The on-site role requires a valid CDL, willingness to travel up to 25%, physical stamina for demanding manual labor in varying weather, and strict safety adherence. Union wages and benefits are discussed directly with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10–18 speed).
• Willing to travel up to 25% and perform physical labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Dig safely and efficiently to uncover utilities for construction projects.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies.
