Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our field team in Greensboro, NC. You will operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig, expose utilities, and support construction projects.

This role requires a valid CDL, willingness to travel up to 25%, and comfort with manual labor in changing weather. We offer competitive pay ($30.00/hour base with room to grow), overtime, benefits, retirement plan, paid time off, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Travel up to 25% of time.
• Able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water and vacuum hydrovac equipment to dig and expose utilities.
• Support construction projects with accurate excavation and safe practices.
• Perform pre-job checks, routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Adapt to variable shifts and travel to project sites as required.

Are you enthusiastic about safe excavation and skilled in operating hydrovac equipment? Join the Badger team as a Hydrovac Operator! In this role, you'll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of essential infrastructure work, to join our dedicated team.

$30.00 per hour and up based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
