Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to assist with hydrovac operations, using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities for varied construction projects.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel up to 25%, and demonstrate physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds. OSHA 10 and related safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Able to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Lift/pull 50+ pounds and do manual labor in varying weather.
• Experience with hydrovac equipment or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating hydrovac equipment to dig precisely and efficiently.
• Uncover utilities and contribute to construction projects.
• Support safety-focused, infrastructure-related work.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow site procedures.
