ContiTech in Houston, TX seeks a Field Hose Technician to perform hose management services, hydrostatic testing, and on-site inspections for diverse industrial customers. You will follow strict processes, document findings, and support production objectives.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of field experience, basic English, and ability to operate pumps, cranes, and rigging equipment. Travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on field experience.
• Basic English written and communication skills.
• Ability to operate high/low pressure pumps, hydrostatic pumps, wrenches, overhead/jib cranes, forklifts, and rigging.
• Valid driver license or policy-compliant alternative.

Responsibilities

• Perform hose management service per company processes & procedures.
• Perform hydrostatic pressure tests per company and third-party procedures.
• Manage assets and complete project documentation.
• Travel to customer sites to inspect and evaluate hose assemblies.
• Perform internal/external inspections and identify defects.
• Rework/repair equipment per engineering changes and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of test fittings and equipment; ensure safety.
