Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is seeking a Hydroseed Foreman in Grand Rapids, MI to lead a 1-3 person crew on hydroseed projects. You will ensure work orders and designs are followed, operate and maintain equipment, and keep the job site safe and clean.

The role requires availability days and occasional weekends, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and reading project plans. CDL is required and prior foreman leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends.
• Strong understanding of hydroseed equipment, materials, and application methods.
• Ability to work in any weather condition and in a long, physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• CDL required.
• 2+ years of experience in hydroseeding, landscaping, erosion control, or related field.
• Ability to read job plans and follow project specifications.
• Prior crew leadership for foreman-level experience.

Compensationfor a Hydroseed Foreman

Pay

$26 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
