Job summary

HyAxiom, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide hands-on maintenance and repair services for fuel cell installations. This role includes troubleshooting, testing, and the commissioning of new fuel cells at customer sites.

Qualified candidates should have 4–6+ years of relevant experience, electrical/HVAC trade school certification, and a valid Driver's License. The position requires domestic and overseas travel, with necessary training conducted in South Windsor, CT.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience servicing/troubleshooting products with electrical and mechanical components.
• E1/E2 or P1/P2 license preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on fuel cells installed at customer sites.
• Collaborate on commissioning of new fuel cell installations.
• Utilize electrical schematics to troubleshoot electrical components.
