Hydrovac Operator

Position Summary

The hydrovac operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialized hydrovac equipment to support environmental services provided by Titan Solutions. This position requires a high level of commitment to safety, reliability and professional conduct.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Operation and maintenance of hydrovac and related equipment.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance and safe transport of equipment.
• Assisting, solving, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Maintaining and obtaining all required certifications and training requirements.
• Communicating and cooperating with co‑workers and management.
• Driving a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe, and professional manner.
• Performing tasks in teams and solo.
• Presenting oneself and representing Titan in a professional manner.
• Maintaining appropriate work relationships.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Assisting other divisions and other tasks as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Mechanical knowledge and job experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency not required; necessary safety training provided.
• Preferred: Class A CDL.
• Capability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Must pass pre‑employment testing including a fit test.
• Must be able to travel out of town or state; travel less than 10% of time.

Compensation

Pay Range: $28 to $37 per hour, based on performance and competencies.
