Job summary

Reconn Holdings, LLC is seeking a Vacuum Excavation Technician to join our field team. The role involves traveling to work sites to perform vacuum excavation, core drilling, shoveling, and backfilling under outdoor conditions. You will document project progress with a company laptop and contribute to safety and efficiency on site.

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. This full‑time position offers benefits, potential overtime, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Previous vacuum excavation experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned work sites to perform vacuum excavation.
• Document project details using a company laptop.
• Perform core drilling, shoveling, backfilling and related labor.
• Operate vacuum excavation equipment in outdoor environments.
• Assist with safety and quality control on site.
