Job summary

MD&A is seeking a Hydraulics Technician to rebuild and overhaul actuator components in a busy manufacturing environment. You will perform preparation tasks, load and unload materials, and operate basic shop equipment while ensuring accurate measurements and quality checks.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience (high school diploma/GED), ability to read technical drawings, and a strong mechanical aptitude. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience desired.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and overhaul actuator components.
• Perform preparation work, load/unload materials, and operate basic shop equipment.
• Conduct accurate measurements and verify the work of others to ensure quality and compliance.
• Follow detailed work instructions and directions from leadership.
• Work in a manufacturing/machining environment and stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and use air-driven tools.
