Job summary

Kenco Hydraulics is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems and equipment. Your work will directly support customer operations, ensuring peak performance and safety.

You'll handle on-road, off-road, and industrial gear, perform welding and fabrication as needed, and complete precise service records. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with hydraulic, mechanical, and compressed air systems.
• Experience with hydraulic plumbing, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics.
• Willingness to learn and operate shop equipment (lathes, mills, presses, etc.).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Mechanic at Kenco Hydraulics, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and equipment. Your work will directly impact our customers' operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is both technically skilled and motivated to deliver excellent service.

Preferred qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with hydraulic, mechanical, and compressed air systems

Experience with hydraulic plumbing, welding, and fabrication

Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics

Willingness to learn and operate shop equipment (lathes, mills, presses, etc.)

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly

Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting

Full range of motion and ability to push/pull as needed
