Job summary

Kimco Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and experienced in preventive maintenance and hydraulic diagnostics. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic components; reading schematics; performing fluid changes, calibrations, and repairs; and ensuring

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  • 3–5 years of hydraulic maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and hose.
  • Ability to read hydraulic schematics and use diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic welding, fabrication, and computer skills preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skill.
  • Manufacturing or extrusion experience is a plus.

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday)


Schedule: Must be flexible to work later hours as needed


Pay: $90,000–$120,000/year
